كيف يعمل الدواء
  • سيتارابين: نظير نوكليوزيدي سام للخلايا نوعي للطور S: يتحول داخل الخلية إلى ara-CTP الذي يثبط DNA بوليميراز ويندمج في الحمض النووي؛ ويُعطَّل بواسطة إنزيم سيتيدين دي أميناز إلى ara-U.مضاد أيض - نظير البيريميدين (مضاد للأورام)
