كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

أملوديبين: يثبط دخول الكالسيوم عبر الأغشية إلى العضلات الملساء الوعائية وعضلة القلب؛ موسع للشرايين الطرفية.حاصر لقنوات الكالسيوم من فئة ثنائي هيدروبيريدين
فالسارتان: يحجب تأثيرات الأنجيوتنسين 2 المضيقة للأوعية والمحفزة للألدوستيرون على مستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2

Amlodipine: Inhibits transmembrane calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle; peripheral arterial vasodilator.
Valsartan: Blocks vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor.
