  • Topical corticosteroids can produce reversible HPA-axis suppression with potential for glucocorticosteroid insufficiency; risk increases with large surface areas, prolonged use, occlusion and in children (larger skin surface to body mass ratio). Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycaemia and local adverse reactions (skin atrophy) may occur. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • موميتازون فوروات: كورتيكوستيرويد مخلق ذو ألفة عالية لمستقبلات الجلوكوكورتيكويد وخصائص موضعية مضادة للالتهاب؛ يثبط إطلاق اللوكوترينات وتخليق وإطلاق IL-1 وIL-5 وIL-6 وTNF-alpha (النشرة الأوروبية، أتكتورا).كورتيكوستيرويد (جلوكوكورتيكويد)
  • Mometasone furoate: Synthetic corticosteroid with high glucocorticoid-receptor affinity and local anti-inflammatory properties; inhibits leukotriene release and IL-1, IL-5, IL-6 and TNF-alpha synthesis/release (EU SmPC, Atectura).
