كيف يعمل الدواء
  • ترامادول: مسكن مركزي التأثير؛ له نشاط أفيوني على مستقبلات ميو إضافة إلى تثبيط إعادة امتصاص النورأدرينالين والسيروتونين العصبي؛ ويُستقلب بإنزيم CYP2D6 إلى مستقلب فعال (النشرة البريطانية).مسكن أفيوني مركزي التأثير (ناهض لمستقبلات ميو مع تثبيط إعادة امتصاص السيروتونين والنورأدرينالين)
