تحذيرات واحتياطاتWarnings & precautions

السمية الكلوية: يجب ألا تتجاوز الجرعة الواحدة 90 مجم وألا تقل مدة التسريب عن ساعتين؛ يُقاس الكرياتينين قبل كل جرعة ويُوقف العلاج عند تدهور الكلى. أُبلغ عن تنخر عظم الفك (فحص الأسنان قبل العلاج لمرضى السرطان). تُراقب مستويات الكالسيوم والأملاح والفوسفات والمغنيسيوم وصورة الدم.معلومة عامة عن المادة الفعالة · DailyMed (US National Library of Medicine)

Renal toxicity: single doses should not exceed 90 mg and infusion time should be no less than 2 hours; assess serum creatinine before each dose and withhold treatment for renal deterioration. Osteonecrosis of the jaw has been reported (dental examination before treatment in cancer patients). كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

باميدرونات ثنائي الصوديوم: يثبط ارتشاف العظام؛ يُمتز على بلورات فوسفات الكالسيوم (الهيدروكسيأباتيت) في العظم وقد يمنع مباشرة ذوبان هذا المكوّن المعدني (النشرة الأمريكية للباميدرونات).بيسفوسفونات (محتوية على النيتروجين)

Pamidronate disodium: Inhibits bone resorption; adsorbs to calcium phosphate (hydroxyapatite) crystals in bone and may directly block dissolution of this mineral component (US pamidronate label).
