كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديميثيكون: مادة سيليكونية مضادة للرغوة تخفض التوتر السطحي لفقاعات الغاز في الجهاز الهضمي فتندمج الفقاعات الصغيرة ويخرج الغاز بالتجشؤ أو الريح (وصف الدليل؛ وتصف النشرة الأيرلندية للسيميثيكون نفس الفعل الموضعي غير الجهازي وعدم الامتصاص من الأمعاء).مضاد للرغوة (بوليمر سيليكوني)
- Dimeticone (dimethicone): Silicone antifoaming agent: lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract so small bubbles coalesce and the gas is released by belching or flatus (directory description; the Irish simeticone SmPC describes the same non-systemic defoaming action and no absorption from the gut).
