كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سيلدينافيل: يثبط إنزيم فوسفوديستيراز-5 الذي يكسر الـ cGMP في الجسم الكهفي، فيعزز تأثير أكسيد النيتريك أثناء الإثارة الجنسية (ارتخاء العضلات الملساء وتدفق الدم).مثبط لإنزيم فوسفوديستيراز من النوع الخامس
- Sildenafil: Inhibits PDE5, the enzyme that degrades cGMP in the corpus cavernosum, enhancing the nitric oxide effect during sexual stimulation (smooth-muscle relaxation and inflow of blood).
