- LevothyroxineCalcium can reduce levothyroxine absorption; separate intake by about 4 hours.
- Quinolone antibioticsCalcium can reduce absorption of quinolone antibiotics; separate dosing.
- DolutegravirCalcium reduces dolutegravir levels; take dolutegravir 2 hours before or 6 hours after calcium.
- LithiumLong-term lithium with calcium may raise hypercalcemia risk.
- LevothyroxineCalcium can reduce levothyroxine absorption; separate intake by about 4 hours.
