تحذيرات واحتياطاتWarnings & precautions

للري البولي فقط. قد تُمتص كميات كبيرة جهازياً أثناء استئصال البروستاتا (يُعامل كدواء جهازي): الحذر في القصور القلبي الرئوي أو الكلوي الشديد (خطر فرط الحمل وقصور القلب)، وقد يتفاقم نقص الصوديوم، وقد تتراكم الأمونيا في القصور الكبدي. لا يُسخن فوق 66 درجة.نشرة دولية لتركيبة مكافئة · DailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)

For urologic irrigation only. Large volumes may be absorbed systemically during TURP (treat as a systemic drug): caution in severe cardiopulmonary or renal dysfunction (risk of fluid overload and heart failure), hyponatremia may worsen, and ammonia may accumulate in hepatic impairment.
