كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

كلورهيكسيدين: مطهر من مجموعة البيجوانيد؛ يرتبط الجزيء الموجب الشحنة بجدار الخلية البكتيرية السالب ويخل بغشاء الخلية (مثبط للبكتيريا بتركيزات منخفضة وقاتل لها بتركيزات عالية)؛ وقد خفضت مضمضة الكلورهيكسيدين 0.12% بكتيريا اللويحة الهوائية واللاهوائية في دراسات بيريدكس.مطهر من مجموعة البيجوانيد

Chlorhexidine: Biguanide antiseptic; the cationic molecule binds negatively charged bacterial cell walls and disrupts the cell membrane (bacteriostatic at low and bactericidal at high concentrations); a chlorhexidine 0.12% oral rinse reduced aerobic and anaerobic plaque bacteria in the Peridex studies.
