- مونتيلوكاست: مضاد انتقائي فموي لمستقبل الليكوترينات السيستينية من النوع الأول (CysLT1)، يمنع وذمة المجاري الهوائية وانقباض العضلات الملساء والالتهاب المرتبط بالليكوترين D4 (النشرة الأمريكية لسينجولير).مضاد لمستقبلات الليكوترين (CysLT1)
- Montelukast: Orally active, selective antagonist of the cysteinyl leukotriene type-1 (CysLT1) receptor, blocking LTD4-mediated airway oedema, smooth-muscle contraction and inflammation (SINGULAIR US label).
