كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • هيدروكينون: إزالة تصبغ عكسية بتثبيط الأكسدة الإنزيمية للتيروزين إلى الدوبا وتثبيط عمليات أيضية أخرى في الخلايا الصبغية (النشرة الأمريكية).مزيل للتصبغ (مثبط لإنزيم التيروزيناز)
  • تريتينوين (حمض الريتينويك): يقلل تماسك خلايا ظهارة الجريبات ويحفز تجددها (النشرة الأمريكية لريتين-أ).ريتينويد
  • حمض الكوجيك: مثبط لإنزيم التيروزيناز (مستقلب فطري)
  • حمض الجليكوليك: حمض ألفا هيدروكسي
  • Hydroquinone: Reversible depigmentation by inhibiting the enzymatic oxidation of tyrosine to dopa and suppressing other melanocyte metabolic processes (US label).
  • Tretinoin (retinoic acid): Decreases cohesiveness of follicular epithelial cells and stimulates their turnover (US Retin-A label).
