كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ريفاروكسابان: مثبط مباشر عالي الانتقائية للعامل Xa فعال فموياً؛ تثبيط العامل Xa يقطع مساري التخثر الداخلي والخارجي فيمنع تكوين الثرومبين ونمو الجلطات؛ لا يثبط الثرومبين ولم يثبت له تأثير على الصفائح (النشرة الأوروبية).مثبط مباشر للعامل Xa
- Rivaroxaban: Highly selective direct factor Xa inhibitor with oral bioavailability; inhibition of factor Xa interrupts the intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation pathways, inhibiting thrombin formation and thrombus development; does not inhibit thrombin and has no demonstrated effect on platelets (EU SmPC).
