تحذيرات واحتياطات
  • Avoid concomitant omeprazole or esomeprazole (CYP2C19 inhibition reduces effect). Increases bleeding risk. Premature discontinuation increases cardiovascular risk; discontinue 5 days before elective surgery with major bleeding risk.
