كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سيترات هيدروجين البوتاسيوم والصوديوم: تُستقلب السيترات إلى بيكربونات، ويُطرح فائض القاعدة عبر الكلى فيرتفع رقم حموضة البول (فتزداد ذوبانية حمض اليوريك) ويزداد السيترات البولي وينخفض الكالسيوم البولي، مما يثبط تبلور أكسالات/فوسفات الكالسيوم.سيترات قلوية
- Potassium sodium hydrogen citrate: Citrate is metabolised to bicarbonate; the resulting base excess is excreted renally, raising urine pH (increasing uric acid solubility), increasing urinary citrate and decreasing urinary calcium, which inhibits calcium oxalate/phosphate crystallisation.
