كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أوتيلونيوم برومايد: يعدل تدفق الكالسيوم: يثبط دخول الكالسيوم إلى خلايا العضلات الملساء المعوية عبر قنوات L ومن خلال الفتح المستحث بالمستقبلات (التاكيكينين والمسكارينية)، فيقلل النشاط الانقباضي في القولون والمستقيم؛ امتصاصه الجهازي منخفض جداً (حوالي 3%).مضاد كوليني صناعي من مركبات الأمونيوم الرباعية
  • Otilonium bromide: Modifies Ca2+ fluxes: inhibits Ca2+ entry into intestinal smooth-muscle cells through L-type channels and receptor (tachykinin and muscarinic)-induced channel opening, reducing contractile activity in the colon and rectum; very low systemic absorption (about 3%).
