• Infections caused by designated susceptible bacteria in adults: nosocomial and community-acquired pneumonia, skin and skin-structure infections, chronic bacterial prostatitis, inhalational anthrax post-exposure, plague, urinary tract infections, acute pyelonephritis, acute bacterial sinusitis and acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (the latter uses reserved per the label).DailyMed (US National Library of Medicine)
