الآثار الجانبية

موانع الاستعمال

Nitrates / nitric oxide donorsContraindicated - potentiated hypotensive effect.
CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin, erythromycin)Raise vardenafil exposure; lower maximum doses apply (e.g. ketoconazole 200 mg daily: do not exceed 5 mg in 24 hours).
Alpha-blockersAdditive blood-pressure lowering; start at the lowest dose in stable patients.
RiociguatContraindicated - hypotension.
