Tramadol 100 mg suppositories, pack of 6.

• Treatment of moderate to severe pain.

• Hypersensitivity to tramadol or excipients; acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, analgesics, opioids or psychotropics; patients receiving MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping; uncontrolled epilepsy; use for narcotic withdrawal treatment.معلومة عامة عن المادة الفعالة
• Contraindicated in children younger than 12 years and in children younger than 18 years after tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy.معلومة عامة عن المادة الفعالة

• Use with particular caution in opioid dependence, head injury, shock, reduced consciousness, respiratory centre/function disorders and raised intracranial pressure. • MAO inhibitorsContraindicated with or within 14 days of MAOIs.
• Benzodiazepines and other sedating medicinesRisk of sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death; reserve for when no alternatives, lowest dose and shortest duration.
• CYP3A4 inducers/inhibitors and CYP2D6 inhibitorsComplex effects on tramadol and active metabolite M1; requires careful consideration.
