Ibuprofen 400 mg tablets, pack of 20.

• Relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
• Relief of mild to moderate pain.
• Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.

• Known hypersensitivity to ibuprofen; history of asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions after aspirin or other NSAIDs; setting of CABG surgery.نشرة دولية لنفس التركيبة

• Boxed warning: increased risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events (MI, stroke), which may occur early and increase with duration; serious GI bleeding, ulceration and perforation.نشرة دولية لنفس التركيبة

• ACE inhibitorsNSAIDs may diminish the antihypertensive effect.
• AspirinIbuprofen can interfere with the antiplatelet effect of low-dose aspirin.

• NSAIDs can cause premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus and fetal renal dysfunction/oligohydramnios; limit use between about 20 and 30 weeks and avoid from about 30 weeks of gestation.نشرة دولية لنفس التركيبة
