تحذيرات واحتياطات
  • Exclude treatable causes of stone formation before therapy. Consider potassium/sodium load especially in elderly and with potassium-sparing diuretics, aldosterone antagonists, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, NSAIDs or peripheral analgesics (hyperkalaemia risk).
