كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

جوايفينيسين: قد يهيج مستقبلات مبهمية معدية فيزيد إفرازات تنفسية أقل لزوجة.مذيب بلغم
سالبوتامول: ينشط مستقبلات بيتا-2 الأدرينالية في العضلات الملساء للمجاري الهوائية فيزيد AMP الحلقي ويسبب توسع الشعب الهوائية.ناهض قصير المفعول لمستقبلات بيتا-2 الأدرينالية
برومهكسين: يزيد المفرزات المصلية القصبية ويقلل لزوجة المخاط وينشّط الظهارة الهدبية.مذيب للبلغم (مفرز)

Guaifenesin: May irritate gastric vagal receptors recruiting parasympathetic reflexes that increase less-viscous respiratory secretions.
Salbutamol (albuterol): Stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors in airway smooth muscle, increasing cyclic AMP and causing bronchodilation.
Bromhexine: Increases proportion of serous bronchial secretion, reduces mucus viscosity and activates ciliated epithelium (mucociliary clearance).
