كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- بروليوسيزوماب: يرتبط بأشكال VEGF-A ويمنع تفاعلها مع المستقبلات VEGFR-1 وVEGFR-2 فيثبّط تكاثر الخلايا البطانية وتكوّن الأوعية الجديدة ونفاذية الأوعية.جزء جسم مضاد أحادي السلسلة مضاد لعامل نمو بطانة الأوعية VEGF-A
- Brolucizumab: Binds VEGF-A isoforms and prevents interaction with VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2, suppressing endothelial proliferation, neovascularization and vascular permeability (US label section 12.1).
