كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أوماليزوماب: يمنع ارتباط IgE بالمستقبل عالي الألفة FcεRI على الخلايا البدينة والقاعدية والتغصنية.جسم مضاد أحادي النسيلة مضاد IgE
- Omalizumab: Inhibits binding of IgE to the high-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRI) on mast cells, basophils and dendritic cells, down-regulating FcεRI.
