• Dose-related QT/QTc prolongation and risk of sudden death; avoid with other QT-prolonging drugs, congenital long QT syndrome or history of cardiac arrhythmias. • Neonates exposed to antipsychotics during the third trimester are at risk of extrapyramidal and/or withdrawal symptoms after delivery.
