كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أسيكلوفير: نظير غوانين نوكليوزيد يُفسفر بإنزيم الثيميدين كيناز الفيروسي ويثبط بوليميراز الحمض النووي الفيروسي.مضاد فيروسات نظير نوكليوزيد
- Aciclovir: Guanine nucleoside analogue; phosphorylated by viral thymidine kinase; triphosphate inhibits viral DNA polymerase and terminates the DNA chain.
