كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

سيتارابين: نظير نوكليوزيدي سام للخلايا نوعي للطور S: يتحول داخل الخلية إلى ara-CTP الذي يثبط DNA بوليميراز ويندمج في الحمض النووي؛ ويُعطَّل بواسطة إنزيم سيتيدين دي أميناز إلى ara-U.مضاد أيض - نظير البيريميدين (مضاد للأورام)

Cytarabine: S-phase-specific cytotoxic nucleoside analogue: converted intracellularly to ara-CTP, which inhibits DNA polymerase and is incorporated into DNA; inactivated by cytidine deaminase to ara-U.
