  • سيكليسونيد: طليعة دواء تتحلل في الرئة إلى المستقلب الفعال ديس-سيكليسونيد الذي يرتبط بمستقبلات الجلوكوكورتيكويد ويعطي تأثيرًا مضادًا للالتهاب.كورتيكوستيرويد مستنشق (طليعة دواء)
  • Ciclesonide: Prodrug hydrolysed in the lung to the active metabolite des-ciclesonide, which binds glucocorticoid receptors and exerts anti-inflammatory activity.
