كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • بيفاسيزوماب: يرتبط بعامل نمو بطانة الأوعية ويمنع ارتباطه بمستقبلاته على الخلايا البطانية فيثبط تكوين الأوعية الدموية.جسم مضاد وحيد النسيلة مثبط لعامل نمو بطانة الأوعية
  • Bevacizumab: Binds VEGF and prevents its interaction with Flt-1 and KDR receptors on endothelial cells, inhibiting angiogenesis.
