كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • ميمانتين هيدروكلوريد: يُعتقد أنه يعمل كمضاد غير تنافسي منخفض إلى متوسط الألفة لمستقبلات NMDA فيقلل آثار التنشيط المستمر بالجلوتامات.مضاد غير تنافسي لمستقبلات NMDA منخفض إلى متوسط الألفة
  • Memantine hydrochloride: Postulated to act as a low-to-moderate affinity uncompetitive (open-channel) NMDA receptor antagonist, reducing the effects of persistent glutamatergic activation.
