كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • تستوستيرون أندكانوات: إستر حمض دهني للتستوستيرون؛ بعد تناوله مع الطعام يُمتص جزئياً عبر الجهاز اللمفاوي المعوي (متجاوزاً الاستقلاب الكبدي الأول) ويتحلل إلى تستوستيرون يعمل على مستقبلات الأندروجين (التوافر الحيوي الفموي نحو 7%).أندروجين (إستر حمض دهني للتستوستيرون)
  • Testosterone undecanoate: Fatty-acid ester of testosterone; after oral intake with food it is absorbed partly via the intestinal lymphatic system (bypassing first-pass hepatic metabolism) and hydrolysed to testosterone, which acts on androgen receptors (oral bioavailability about 7%).
