- Frequent: perilesional erythema and burning, lesional burning (usually mild to moderate, lessening after 1-2 weeks). Rare: allergic skin rash; contact allergy extremely rare. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديثرانول (أنثرالين): مشتق صناعي من الأنثراسين؛ يُعزى تأثيره المضاد للصدفية إلى توليد الجذور الحرة والتأثير على الميتوكوندريا وتثبيط تضاعف الحمض النووي وتقليل تكاثر خلايا البشرة.مضاد للصدفية من مشتقات الأنثراسين (أنثرون)
- Dithranol (anthralin): Synthetic anthracene derivative; its antipsoriatic action is linked to generation of free radicals, effects on mitochondria, inhibition of DNA replication and reduction of epidermal cell proliferation.
