تحذيرات واحتياطاتWarnings & precautions

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

ديكستروميثورفان: يعمل مركزياً في البصلة لرفع عتبة السعال.مضاد سعال مركزي
جوايفينيسين: قد يهيج مستقبلات مبهمية معدية فيزيد إفرازات تنفسية أقل لزوجة.مذيب بلغم

Dextromethorphan: Acts centrally in the medulla to elevate the cough threshold (US DXM labels).
Guaifenesin: May irritate gastric vagal receptors recruiting parasympathetic reflexes that increase less-viscous respiratory secretions.
