كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديكستروميثورفان هيدروبروميد: يعمل مركزياً لرفع عتبة السعال (مرجع على مستوى المادة).مضاد سعال مركزي
- جوايفينيسين: طارد للبلغم؛ قد يعمل عبر منعكسات مبهمية معدية لزيادة حجم الإفرازات القصبية وتقليل لزوجتها (مرجع على مستوى المادة).مذيب وطارد للبلغم
- Dextromethorphan hydrobromide: Acts centrally to raise the cough threshold (ingredient-level reference).
- Guaifenesin: Expectorant; may act via gastric vagal reflexes to increase the volume and reduce the viscosity of bronchial secretions (ingredient-level reference).
