كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

أبريميلاست: يثبط إنزيم PDE4 فيرفع مستوى cAMP داخل الخلايا ويقلل إنتاج وسائط الالتهاب.مثبط إنزيم الفوسفودايستراز 4

Apremilast: Inhibits PDE4, raising intracellular cAMP and reducing pro-inflammatory mediator production (label: decreases IL-17, IL-22, TNF-alpha).
