كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • سيكلوسبورين: يرتبط بالسيكلوفيلين مكوّناً معقّداً يثبط الكالسينورين ويمنع نسخ الإنترلوكين-2 وتفعيل الخلايا التائية.مثبط كالسينورين مثبط للمناعة
  • Ciclosporin (cyclosporine): Binds cyclophilin forming a complex that inhibits calcineurin, blocking IL-2 transcription and T-lymphocyte activation.
