  • طرطرات البريمونيدين: ناهض لمستقبلات ألفا-2 يخفض ضغط العين بتقليل إنتاج الخلط المائي وزيادة التصريف العنبي الصلبوي.ناهض انتقائي نسبيًا لمستقبلات ألفا-2 الأدرينالية
  • Brimonidine tartrate: Alpha-2 agonist that lowers intraocular pressure by reducing aqueous humor production and increasing uveoscleral outflow (US Combigan label).
