كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سيناريزين: مهدئ دهليزي عبر تثبيط دخول الكالسيوم إلى الخلايا الحسية الدهليزية (يعمل أساساً على الجهاز الدهليزي الطرفي).مضاد للكالسيوم / مضاد للهيستامين (مضاد للدوار)
- Cinnarizine: Vestibular sedative through inhibition of calcium influx into vestibular sensory cells (acts mainly on the peripheral vestibular system).
