Human papillomavirus vaccine (GARDASIL, Merck Sharp & Dohme, supplied through the MSD scientific office), single vial, for prevention of HPV-related cancers, precancers and genital warts.

• Females 9 through 26 years: prevention of cervical, vulvar, vaginal and anal cancer caused by HPV types 16 and 18, genital warts caused by HPV types 6 and 11, and related precancerous or dysplastic lesions.
