كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

سودوإيفيدرين: ينبه المستقبلات الأدرينالية (أساسًا عبر تحرير النورأدرينالين) مسببًا انقباض أوعية الغشاء المخاطي للأنف وتقليل الاحتقان.محاكٍ ودي (ناهض ألفا أدريناليني) مزيل للاحتقان
تريبروليدين: مضاد تنافسي لمستقبلات H1 ذو تأثيرات مهدئة ومضادة للكولين.مضاد لمستقبلات H1 من الجيل الأول (ألكيل أمين)

Pseudoephedrine: Stimulates adrenergic receptors (mainly via noradrenaline release), causing vasoconstriction of nasal mucosal vessels and reduced congestion.
Triprolidine: Competitive H1-receptor antagonist with sedative and anticholinergic effects.
