انفلاكام 0.5% جل موضعي (بيروكسيكام، ميباكو): مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي من فئة الأوكسيكام.

Inflacam 0.5% topical gel (piroxicam, Mepaco): non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug of the oxicam class; 15 g tube.

  • Life-threatening skin reactions (SJS/TEN, DRESS) are reported with systemic piroxicam and cannot be ruled out topically — stop at first sign; fixed drug eruption reported; interstitial nephritis/nephrotic syndrome/renal failure reported with topical piroxicam (causality not established); caution with peptic ulcer, renal or hepatic disease; contains ethanol, propylene glycol and benzyl alcohol (local irritation).International label, equivalent formulation · Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA), Ireland
