كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • إيتوبوسيد: يثبط إنزيم التوبوأيزوميراز 2 فيثبت انقسام الحمض النووي ويسبب كسور السلاسل؛ ويوقف الخلايا في الطور S المتأخر/G2.مثبط التوبوأيزوميراز 2 (مشتق البودوفيلوتوكسين)
  • Etoposide: Inhibits topoisomerase II, stabilising DNA cleavage and causing strand breaks; arrests cells in late S/G2 phase.
