كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • ليفوسيتريزين: المتماكب الفعال (R) من السيتريزين؛ مضاد انتقائي لمستقبلات H1 بألفة تبلغ نحو ضعف ألفة السيتريزين.مضاد لمستقبلات الهيستامين H1 من الجيل الثاني (مشتق بيبرازين)
  • Levocetirizine: Active (R)-enantiomer of cetirizine; selective H1-receptor antagonist with about 2-fold higher H1 affinity than cetirizine (US label 12.1).
