كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • نيتروفيورانتوين: يُختزل بواسطة بروتينات فلافينية بكتيرية إلى مركبات وسيطة نشطة تعطل البروتينات الريبوسومية البكتيرية وجزيئات كبيرة أخرى.مضاد بكتيري من النيتروفيورانات
  • Nitrofurantoin: Reduced by bacterial flavoproteins to reactive intermediates that inactivate or alter bacterial ribosomal proteins and other macromolecules (US label).
