كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

باسيتراسين: يثبط تخليق جدار الخلية البكتيرية؛ فعال ضد العديد من البكتيريا موجبة الغرام وقليل من سالبة الغرام.مضاد حيوي عديد الببتيد
نيومايسين: يثبط تخليق البروتين البكتيري عبر الوحدة الريبوسومية 30S.مضاد حيوي أمينوغليكوزيدي
بوليميكسين ب: يخرّب الغشاء الخارجي للبكتيريا سالبة الغرام.مضاد حيوي من مجموعة البوليميكسين

Bacitracin: Inhibits bacterial cell-wall synthesis; active against a variety of Gram-positive and a few Gram-negative organisms.
Neomycin: Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis via the 30S ribosomal subunit.
Polymyxin B: Disrupts the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria.
