كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

باسيتراسين: يثبط تخليق جدار الخلية البكتيرية.مضاد حيوي عديد الببتيد
نيومايسين: يثبط تخليق البروتين البكتيري عبر الوحدة 30S.مضاد حيوي أمينوغليكوزيد
بوليميكسين ب: يخرّب الغشاء الخارجي للبكتيريا سلبية الغرام.مضاد حيوي من مجموعة البوليميكسين

Bacitracin: Inhibits bacterial cell-wall synthesis.
Neomycin: Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis via 30S ribosomal subunit.
Polymyxin B: Disrupts bacterial outer membrane of Gram-negative organisms.
