كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works

باراسيتامول: الآلية الدقيقة للتأثير المسكن والخافض للحرارة غير محددة، ويُعتقد أنها تعتمد أساسًا على تأثيرات مركزية.مسكن غير أفيوني وخافض للحرارة (من مشتقات الأنيليد)
كافيين: تُعزى معظم تأثيراته إلى تضاد مستقبلات الأدينوزين A1 وA2A.منبه للجهاز العصبي المركزي من الميثيل زانثينات

Paracetamol (acetaminophen): The precise analgesic and antipyretic mechanism is not established but is thought to involve mainly central actions (US Ofirmev label).
Caffeine: Most effects are attributed to antagonism of adenosine A1 and A2A receptors (UK caffeine citrate SmPC).
