كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • طليعة دواء تتحول (أساساً عبر CYP2C19) إلى مستقلب نشط يحجب بشكل غير عكوس مستقبل ADP من نوع P2Y12 على الصفائح طوال عمرها.مثبط لمستقبلات ADP من نوع P2Y12 (ثينوبيريدين)
  • يثبط إنزيمات الأكسدة الحلقية (COX) بشكل غير عكوس عن طريق الأسيتلة، فيقلل تخليق البروستاجلاندينات (تأثير مسكن وخافض للحرارة ومضاد للالتهاب)، ويمنع في الصفائح الدموية تخليق الثرومبوكسان A2 طوال عمر الصفيحة (7-10 أيام) مما يثبط تجمع الصفائح.ساليسيلات؛ مضاد التهاب غير ستيرويدي (مثبط غير عكوس لإنزيم الأكسدة الحلقية)
  • Clopidogrel: Prodrug converted (mainly via CYP2C19) to an active metabolite that irreversibly blocks the platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor for the platelet lifespan.
  • Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin): Irreversibly inhibits cyclo-oxygenase enzymes by acetylation, reducing prostaglandin synthesis (analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects) and, in platelets, blocking thromboxane A2 synthesis for the lifespan of the platelet (7-10 days), which inhibits platelet aggregation.
