Dantrolene 25 mg capsules, a peripherally (directly) acting skeletal muscle relaxant that interferes with calcium release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum.

• Control of clinical spasticity from upper motor neuron disorders (e.g. spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis); not indicated for skeletal muscle spasm from rheumatic disorders.Population: Adults and childrenDailyMed (NLM)
