كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • ديسيكلومين: يخفف تقلص العضلات الملساء في الجهاز الهضمي بآلية مزدوجة: تأثير مضاد للمسكارين على مستقبلات الأسيتيل كولين (حوالي 1/8 قوة الأتروبين مختبرياً) وتأثير مباشر على العضلات الملساء.مضاد للمسكارين (مضاد كوليني) مضاد للتقلصات - إستر أمين ثلاثي
  • Dicyclomine (dicycloverine): Relieves gastrointestinal smooth-muscle spasm by a dual mechanism: antimuscarinic action at acetylcholine receptor sites (about 1/8 the potency of atropine in vitro) and a direct musculotropic effect on smooth muscle.
